Eating Well

As it urns out I gained a few pounds over the last few months. I'm not quite sure how much as I don't have a scale and refuse to get one but my jeans seem quite a bit snugger than usual. So I got back on to my work out routine and started watching what I'm eating. Basically just cutting out pasta and bread should make a difference. Leans meats and lots and lots of veggies and fruit keep my energy up. Tonight we are going out to meet our son for dinner and I thought Pho would be a healthy and light choice plus I always feel stuff after a big bowl of Pho. Does any one know if it is actually a light choice or am I just fooling myself?
