Work Out Routines

Well I have been a real lazy girl lately, I had plans to restart my work out program January 1st but it was mid February before I started. I'm a big fan of the Tony Horton P90X routine and had found success before so that is my plan again. I bought the DVD's about 4 years ago and love the whole routine well except the yoga but I do love the Yoga results. My big problem is that whenever I start seeing results I get lazy about working out and skipping here and there begins until I'm not working out at all.
How do you stay motivated and committed to every routine everyday? Having a partner helps and my husband commits to 3 work out with me every week so at least Im being accountable to someone else.
Whats your exercise plan and how do you stay motivated? I would love to hear.
